The Privacy Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on the User's devices with the use of cookies, used for the implementation of services provided electronically by the Administrator, as well as the rules of using the Newsletter service.

§1 Definitions
Administrator - means TRANSBIT spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Warsaw 80 Łukasza Drewny Street, 02-968 Warsaw KRS 0000030526 which provides services electronically, stores and accesses information in User's devices, processes personal data concerning the User obtained, inter alia, through the Website, as well as makes Newsletter services available through the Website.
Cookies - means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User uses the Website.
Cookies of the Administrator - means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, through the website of the Service.
Service - means a website or application under which the Administrator operates an Internet service, operating in the domain: www.transbit.com.pl
Device - means an electronic device through which a User accesses the Service.
User - means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
§2 Types of Cookies used
Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the Users' Devices. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
1. session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device;

§3 The purposes for which Cookies are used
The Administrator uses Custom Cookies for the following purposes:
1. configuration of the Website - adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website's pages;
2. analysis and research, as well as audience auditing - collection of general and anonymous statistical data, creation of anonymous statistics through analytical tools that help to understand how the Users of the Website use the websites of the Website, which allows to improve their structure and content;
3. provision of advertising services - presentation of advertising messages tailored to the User's preferences;
The Service Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
1. configuration of the Service - adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Service's websites
2. analysis and research as well as audience auditing - collection of general and anonymous statistical data through Google Analytics tools - administrator of Cookies: Google Inc. z/s in the USA;
3. provision of advertising services - presentation of advertising messages tailored to the User's preferences using Google Adwords analytical tools - administrator of Cookies: Google Inc. z/s in USA, RTB S.A. z/s in Warsaw, Cube Group S.A. z/s in Warsaw.
§4. Possibility to determine the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies
The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device. Changing the settings referred to in the preceding sentence, the User can make using the settings of the Internet browser or through the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform you of the placement of Cookies on your device each time. §5 Provision and protection of personal data
1. The Administrator is the administrator of User's personal data, i.e. TRANSBIT Ltd. based in Warsaw, Lukasz Drewny 80 Street, 02-968 Warsaw KRS 0000030526.
2. The Administrator shall make every effort to respect the privacy and ensure the security of User's personal data obtained through the Service.
3. The Administrator, as the controller of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“Regulation”/ “RODO”), is the entity responsible for all personal data provided to the Administrator by the User or obtained, inter alia, through the Service.
4. The processing of Users' personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Ordinance, the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Provision of Electronic Services and the Telecommunications Law.
5. Users' personal data will be processed by the Administrator for purposes related to the use of the Website, for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, as well as on the basis of the User's consent - for purposes in accordance with the content of the consent given (including, for example, for commercial, employee recruitment and marketing purposes and newsletter mailing). We process relevant personal data provided by job applicants, such as information on gender, age, date of birth and information on professional qualifications (work experience, language skills, titles, ...).
6. The data provided will be processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) of the Regulation.

12. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when he/she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the law.

§6 Forms
The Administrator uses the following types of forms on the Site:
1. newsletter subscription form - requires you to enter your e-mail address in the appropriate form. This field is mandatory. Then the User, in order to add his e-mail address to the Administrator's database, must confirm his desire to subscribe. The data thus obtained is added to the mailing list for sending the newsletter. Subscribing/subscribing means that you agree with the Privacy Policy;
2. enrollment forms for training courses organized by the Administrator - filling out the form generates a .pdf document, which is sent to the e-mail address provided in the enrollment form. The condition for registration of training participants is to send back the signed form by e-mail, fax or snail mail
3. pdf forms of registration for training courses organized by the Administrator - the form is downloaded through the “training details” function available on the information page of each training course. The condition for registration of training participants is to send back the completed and signed form by e-mail, fax or snail mail. The data contained in the form are entered into the Administrator's information systems by the system operators.
